A lifelong foodie, she’s eaten her way through Mexico, NYC, and Europe—always inspired by the stories behind the flavors. Through HERNÁN, she blends cultural preservation with modern commerce, creating new market opportunities for Mexican artisans and producers. Beyond the brand, Isela remains committed to economic development and women’s empowerment in her hometown community.

Jonathan Larson brings a wealth of experience, having led sales and operations for over 10 startups—two of which achieved successful IPOs—demonstrating his expertise in driving growth and building winning teams. With a deep understanding of both sales strategy and operational excellence, Jonathan ensures seamless customer experiences and strong business performance for our premium Mexican culinary platform.

Logistics Director

Gilberto was born and raised in Mexico City, where his love for Mexican food started around the family table. Today, he brings that same care and connection to his work at HERNÁN, making sure every order gets where it needs to go. Outside of work, he’s a lifelong Star Wars fan with a growing figure collection he’s excited to one day pass down to his son. For Gilberto, every package shipped—and every toy saved—is a way to share something meaningful.
