Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Times:

All orders require 2–3 business days to process before they are shipped.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note:

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
  

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Choosing overnight or expedited shipping affects only the delivery speed once your order has shipped.
It does not shorten the 2–3 business day processing window.

What this means:

• If you select overnight shipping, your order will ship overnight after processing is completed.

• Delivery time estimates provided at checkout begin after your order leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays:

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• High-volume periods
