Champurrado Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of your favorite milk
- 1 piloncillo
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 HERNÁN Mexican Hot chocolate tablillas
- 1/3 cup Mesa Harina
Instructions:

Combine 3 cups of your favorite milk, piloncillo and a cinnamon stick.

Add 2 HERNÁN Mexican Hot Chocolate tablillas and bring it to a simmer.

Combine one cup of your favorite milk with 1/3 of a cup of mesa harina.

Mix until it completely dissolves.

Add in the mesa harina and simmer for 6-8 minutes until it begins to thicken.

Remove the cinnamon stick.

Pour it into your favorite jarrito or tarro mug and enjoy!
