  • Combine 3 cups of your favorite milk, piloncillo and a cinnamon stick. 

  • Add 2 HERNÁN Mexican Hot Chocolate tablillas and bring it to a simmer.

  • Combine one cup of your favorite milk with 1/3 of a cup of mesa harina. 

  • Mix until it completely dissolves. 

  • Add in the mesa harina and simmer for 6-8 minutes until it begins to thicken.

  • Remove the cinnamon stick.

  • Pour it into your favorite jarrito or tarro mug and enjoy!
